What is the shelf life of L.A. PACIFIC toothpastes?
Once opened, we recommend using L.A. PACIFIC within one year.
How often should I use my L.A. PACIFIC products?
We recommend using twice daily, once in the morning and once at night.
Can I use whilst pregnant or breastfeeding?
L.A. PACIFIC products are safe to use in pregnancy, but we would recommend consulting with your doctor prior to use.
What is RDA?
The American Dental Association developed a method called Relative Dentin Abrasion to determine the level of abrasivity of tootpastes. L.A. PACIFIC has an RDA of 75 which is approximately 35% less abrasive than the average whitening toothpastes available for purchase in UK and Ireland.
Does L.A. PACIFIC contain Fluoride?
Yes, L.A. PACIFIC products contain 1400pm of fluoride. Fluoride is one of the only proven ingredients to reduce decay. L.A. PACIFIC products use the minimum amount of fluoride required to reduce decay according to the American Dental Association.
Does L.A. PACIFIC contain Hydrogen Peroxide?
No, L.A. PACIFIC does not contain Hydrogen Peroxide.

CAN I USE L.A. PACIFIC DISSOLVING PAP TEETH WHITENING STRIPS IF I HAVE CROWNS, CAPS, VENEERS, COMPOSITE BONDING OR ANY OTHER RESTORATIONS?
L.A. Pacific Dissolving PAP teeth whitening strips will not harm or whiten these types of dental work. Our strips will whiten only natural teeth so if you have any of these on your front teeth, there may be noticeable colour differences between the dental work and your whiter teeth.

Are all L.A. PACIFIC products vegan?
Yes, L.A. PACIFIC is a completely vegan brand and we are proudly Vegan Society-certified.
Are L.A. PACIFIC products recyclable?
Yes, L.A. PACIFIC products are recyclable. L.A. PACIFIC toothpaste tubes are made from greanleaf and the cartons are made from FSC.
L.A Pacific Mouthwash bottles are made from PET and the cap is made from PP.
*The Mouthwash Label is not recyclable and needs to removed before recycling.
WHAT IS L.A. PACIFIC FREE FROM?
L.A. PACIFIC products are free from Hydrogen Peroxide, SLS, Parabens, Tricolsan and Propylene Glycol.

What is L.A. PACIFIC's online returns and refund policy?
Unfortunately, L.A. PACIFIC does not refund any items that have been opened or tampered with due to health and safety. This does not apply to faulty or incorrectly sent items where your statutory rights are unaffected. If the product is unopened and has not been tampered with, you can email L.A. PACIFIC at customercare@lapacific.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds take up to 14 days to return to bank account.
The product I received is faulty or damaged. What can I do?
If this happens, please email customercare@lapacific.com and include your order number plus an image of condition in which you received the product.
