☀️Dry brushing (or as we like to call it "Dry Clean Only") this means no water on your brush or the formula (however, please clean your brush with water after use!). The reason is:
- Adding water dilutes the effectiveness of our formula which already includes water. Our product has been formulated with the right balance of our ingredients to achieve our unique stain removal process.
- Additionally, water reduces the viscosity of the toothpaste (i.e., less sticky). This is needed to ensure our formula has the most concentrated interaction with your teeth and so the formula can adhere to your teeth (whereas when water is added the formula slips / slides across your teeth).
- ⏲️Make sure you time yourself to ensure you are brushing for the full two minutes. This ensures that our enzyme can do its thing! It might sound like a slog but the two minutes is required to give enough time for our enzyme and the sugars to complete their interaction.
- 💙Start brushing in the area that has the most staining first and ensure the bristles of your brush are in contact with the stained area. This way our formula has the most time in the area that needs the most love (e.g., by starting on your front bottom teeth, even when you move to brush your back teeth it is still working in that area).
- 📸Finally, I recommend taking some Before and Afters(with the same lighting). Our ability to compare change at two different points in time isn’t that accurate so a selfie can serve as an objective reference point.
